POLICE PURSUIT ENQUIRIES

During our Police Service we also served on various working parties formulating the National and Local Policies concerning Police Pursuits. 

It may be you have a client claiming compensation for injuries sustained in such a pursuit, or has been charged with causing death or injury during a pursuit. 

Are you sure the Investigators you have instructed have had practical experience of Police Pursuits?

Can they properly advise you whether the pursuit was carried out in safety and in accordance with the guidelines?

It may be you have clients who have sustained serious injury or whose relatives have been killed in police pursuits. 

Or are being represented because they are accused/suspected of causing death or injury.  

• Can the Investigators you currently engage offer you the same level of expertise as ourselves? 

• Can they examine police evidence to ensure it truly reflects the circumstances surrounding the pursuit and subsequent accident? 

• Can they properly advise you whether the pursuit was carried out in safety and in accordance with the guidelines?

• Our Principal was involved in the consultation process when the National Pursuit Policy was being formulated, also the Greater Manchester Police policy.

RTA Investigations can competently carry out the required investigation and provide an individual report based on the facts alone.
